a perpetual procrastinator...that's me

i have got the opportunity to do this 3 hours presentation and i am not preparing at all....same old habit...but at MAQ, none of my presentations have ever lasted for more than 1 hour...i could bank on last night preparation and manage any how but 3 hours cannot be a last moment thing....i have got to prepare...wake up miss tighten ur belt and save urself from cutting a sorry figure...help me god...give me the strength and courage to do well in this...
