Today my innings with MAQ comes to an end. This has been my first jobs and will remain special to me in all ways.

My team

Rajeev- A technocrat in true sense…I marvel at your ability to decode the toughest of problems with the simplest possible solutions

Suvas- Like they say “Ideals are like stars, you never reach them but like mariners on the sea, chart your course by them” You are my ideal. My learning under you had just begun

Vikram- Great coach and mentor. Had it not been for his ways of supervision, I would not have learnt to make my own decisions…was lucky to have you as my boss

Girish- Process oriented and a go getter… I am yet to emulate a lot of these traits

Kapil- A buddy from good old college day....had it not been for your last minute tips, I would have flunked my Eco exams....I still bank on you for all my quantitative analysis and excels tips

Naveen- I wish I could be half as focused as you are towards your work. Your unflagging loyalty to team MAQ is exemplary

Lynette- A lovely friend and an energetic team mate. Loved the way you took care of everyone around you and brought fun to the mundane routines

Dhanashree- Professional, sophisticated and helpful… kudos to your focused approach to work

Avinash- An analytical who loves to devour new knowledge on IT....his favourite punch line for all QPUs "99.9% uptime".. .how do u really measure that dude :-)

Varun- A store house of jokes and our Team's doctor...you can turn to him for a free of cost medical prescription

Kirti- Could not spend enough time together, all the best here on

Dilemma

being a libra, i have always been indecisive when it comes to my own self...i am able to see things in black and white when i see other people in various situation. why is it that I am unable to zoom out and stand from a distance and decide about my own dilemmas.

Pros of sticking on:

- history with this group, the past instances of success, his clear faith in my abilities, total ownership of everything i do, the mullah, future growth in power and designation, learning is humongous under my new found guru

Cons of sticking on:

- zero work life balance, health suffering,  i can never take care of my kids with this kinda schedules, no clarity on performance parameters- today u r respected coz of no pertinent clearly defined goals and tomorrow u may be thrown out because of zero fault of urs...
